If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this email address with the Dealer for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with the Dealer. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings. If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to OutsellFuelPHQ@outsell.com for review.
Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us. If you wish to do this, simply follow the "Unsubscribe" instructions at the end of any email. This will automatically unsubscribe you from all future email communications generated from the Outsell program, on behalf of the dealer. Though we provide a list of unsubscribed email addresses to the Dealer, we cannot guarantee that the Dealer will remove your email address from their other internal email databases in a timely manner. If you continue to receive unwanted emails from the Dealer after you unsubscribe from a Outsell communication, please contact the dealer directly by visiting the Dealer's website.
It is important for you to understand and be able to exercise your ‘data rights’; in particular, your right to not have personal information used for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, you may have additional privacy rights such as right to request disclosure of the categories of information collected, the purposes for which that information is collected, and the types of third parties receiving access to your information.
Consumers have the right to request Outsell to erase your personal data, under certain conditions and obtain information relating to any sharing of information with third parties.
Consumers have the right to request Outsell to transfer personally identifiable information that we have collected about you. We may disclose and deliver this information within 45 working days of receiving a verifiable request, free of charge. We may withhold such personal information to the extent permitted by law.
Under the CCPA, Outsell shall not discriminate against any users who exercise their rights. However, it can offer different prices or rates or different levels of quality of products and/or services if it is reasonably related to the value provided to you by your personally identifiable information.
Outsell will not sell your Personally Identifiable Information to any company, organization or third-party. We do not share, sell, rent or trade Personally Identifiable Information with third-parties for their promotional purposes. Outsell utilizes great care in keeping customer information secure and private.
We use appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system. We have implemented and follow industry standard measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception or processing of Personal Information. Only authorized personnel are allowed physical and/or digital access to servers and data.
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law, pursuant to a subpoena, to protect our rights, or in the event of the sale of our business. Information submitted to us is only available to personnel managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
When we send you emails, we may include a web beacon or similar technology to allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails. When you click on a link in an email, we may record this individual response to allow us to customize our offerings to you. These Web beacons work in conjunction with cookies to let us know what portions of dealer’s site are of interest to our visitors and to help us provide you with tailored information from their website. Web beacons collect only limited information, such as a cookie identifier, time and date of a page being viewed, and a description of the page on which the Web Beacon resides (the URL).
Web Beacons can be refused when delivered via email. If you do not wish to receive Web Beacons via email, you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) emails via your email software.
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you open our communications. When you open our communications, your servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include anonymous information such as your web request, device type, operating system type, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile device identifier provided by your mobile device operating system, browser type, domain name, pages viewed, referring / exit pages and URLs, open and click engagement thus showing us how you interact with links on the Services, as well as the language your system uses and the country and time zone where your device is located.
The emails are not intended for children under the age of 16. The Outsell program does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children that young. If you are under 16, do not use or provide your e-mail address or any personal information to us or the Dealer through the dealer website or any of the various signup forms. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us through the contact information provided below.
